Training is on again tonight starting 6.30 pm at the shed for athletes in the U6 and above age groups. Don’t forget to sign in when you arrive and uniform is not required.

We are going to run week 2 of the LAQ fast program
This focuses on running, relays and overarm throwing.

If you are looking at coming to our Family Quiz night on the 2nd November and want to make a cash payment, you can do that tonight.You can also fill in the manual registration form for our interclub meet on November 10th.
