For those who are attending we will be meeting in the John Reynell Heritage Park, this is across from both the Crown Hotel and Foodland.
We need to be checked in by 4.30 pm, but if athletes and parents would like to arrive between 4.30 and 5 pm. With younger athletes, can we have a least one parent accompany them during the procession. We marshal for the walk at 5.30pm and it starts at 5.45pm and we are in the 30th position (Santa is 33)
I will be there early, if you could look for me when you arrive.

Remember to be in uniform and add some festive touches. I will have some spare Coles hats if you have lost yours and some ribbon.
